At Deep Blue Zen Limited our top priority is to get you up and running again. Not only that though, we do it in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.

Our experienced, professional, helpful and fully insured technicians are with you every step of the way whether it's a hardware problem, misbehaving software or a virus infection.

We can even provide remote application support for packages like Microsoft Office for when you just can't get it to do what you want and that important document is due urgently.

Unlike many other companies we bill in half hour increments after the first hour. If a job takes 1 hour and 20 minutes, we bill you for an hour and a half not two hours.

On contacting us a technician will ask you to describe the problem and will give you a quote for the work based on the information you have supplied.
Once we have your approval to proceed, the technician will determine the best way to fix the issue.  Typically, this will be by one of two methods:

Remote Support

This technique is often highly effective and saves you money.
Essentially, a technician will connect to your machine (with your express permission), take over your screen and attend to the problem in real-time while you watch.

It can be used in the vast majority of cases, but not where your machine won't start at all, you have no internet connection or a faulty part needs to be physically replaced.

Be assured that any data the technician can see on your screen will be treated in the strictest confidence (see our terms and conditions for more detail on this)

You will be billed once the problem has been resolved to your satisfaction and not before.

'At Desk' support

Sometimes a remote connection can't be established or won't help. In these cases we arrange for a suitably experienced technician to come out to see you. Our technician will diagnose the problem and resolve it for you at your own desk.  Once again, you will not be billed until the work is completed to your satisfaction.
