resolvable remotely, our engineer will take over your screen (with your
express permission) and resolve the problem in real time in front of you.
You will be billed when the problem is fixed.
- If the problem is more
complex, your machine won't start at all, you have no internet access or
the problem is a piece of failed hardware an engineer will come out
to visit you. Be assured that the majority of issues can be fixed remotely
thus keeping down the cost to you. Once again, you will be billed on successful
resolution of the problem.
